Mortgage Delinquencies Drop Across the Board to Lowest Levels in Years, Latest Industry Data Show

Delinquency rates for residential mortgages fell during the third quarter of the year across all product types and improved at the 30-day, 60-day and 90-day past-due markers, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association’s latest national delinquency survey.
