Loss of GSEs Would Have ‘Signifcant Impact’ on CUs

Credit unions utilize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac more than any other financial institutions, with the GSEs playing a “critical role” in their ability to deliver mortgage products to their members, according to a recent survey from the National Association of Federal Credit Unions.
