Lending Groups Split on CFPB Rule on Nonbank Supervision

The American Bankers Association and the Conference of State Bank Supervisors both told the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau they support the CFPBs proposed rule on nonbank supervision, albeit from different perspectives.
